Race Features: This event featured two days of racing. On Saturday, July 6th, the Olympic distance triathlon, relay swim-bike, and international distance duathlon took place. The following day, Sunday, July 7th, featured the Sprint distance triathlon, relay, swim-bike, duathlon, and Give It a Tri events.

One of the most unique aspects of this event is the 'Swim-Bike' option, ideal for athletes who want to participate in multisport events without having to complete the run.

The race also features a staggered start. During registration, athletes predict their times, and are then seeded from fastest to slowest. Athletes leave the docks every five seconds based on these self-seeded times.

Tips:

Prepare for a river current on this out-and-back swim course, which starts with a current assist and ends with a challenging swim against the current. The bike course is rolling and slightly long, with just over 300 meters of elevation gain. There are no aid stations on the bike course, so bring your own nutrition and be self-sufficient. Additionally, the bike course is not closed to traffic, so athletes must be mindful of vehicles and follow the rules of the road. The run course is also an out-and-back, featuring some gravel at the beginning and end, with rolling terrain and numerous aid stations throughout.
